I have heard that Oxford University offers DPhil , but there is no MSc course available in the university. Is it necessary to have a master degree before joining the DPhil course, or I can join it after completing my BSc? Are DPhil and PHD same? If not, can I do PHD after DPhil? If I complete my master degree in any university in London except Oxford, can I join Oxford later to complete DPhil?

I was very confused by the whole DPhil issue too. From what I gather though, DPhil is about the same as a PhD. The UK university system goes Bachelor Level, Masters Level, then Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil), then there’s the highest degree called Doctor of Sciences (or of Letters depending on the program type). The DPhil is a research program, so you’ll need to have a big thesis and all that jazz.
You can try to get into the DPhil program in Astrophysics after you got a BSc, every application is considered individually. However, normally students need an upper second class or first class Honours Degree at the level of a U.K. M.Phys (any university is fine, it doesn’t have to be Oxford).
I hope that answers most of your questions. Let me know if you need anything else. You should also visit the Astrophysics graduate programs page at the Oxford website.

While Oxford doesn’t offer a master’s, you can take it at other universities. I’m pretty sure that you’ll be able to do research on Astrophysics at a Master’s level, either as your own thesis or by joining a research group or becoming an assistant, which will be highly beneficial later on if you do decide to conduct your own research with a more sophisticated research at a DPhil level. However, you’re likely to also need to take classes in order to complete a Master’s degree.
